IT Support Officer

Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the finance and fiduciary sector, is looking for an IT Support Officer.

Our client, in the finance and fiduciary sector, is looking for an IT Support Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible to provide support to the operation team.

Main responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers & scanners.
• Investigate, diagnose & solve computer software & hardware faults.
• Perform IT related controls as per ISAE 3402 requirements.
• Assist in managing IT Asset Inventory.
• Perform patch management & any other duties as & when assigned.
• Any adhoc tasks.

Qualification:

• Graduate in IT
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position

Candidate profile:

• Knowledge of windows environment, Active Directory, Microsoft SCCM, McAfee Security
• Meticulous & methodical
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Enthusiasm to be continually learning
• Team player
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, flexible and organised
