IT Support

Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. We are recruiting for one of our client an IT Support. Reporting to the IT Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for

Main Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, operating systems and new applications
• Set up equipment for users, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software.
• Ensure security and upgrades are applied to computers and are kept up to-date.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults;
• Monitor and maintain the daily performance of computer systems and networks;
• Manage the local area network infrastructure.
• Perform daily backup sets of core servers and applications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Ideally CompTIA certification (A+, Network+, Security+)
• Microsoft Office Specialist Certification
• Experience in computing devices entry level troubleshooting & repair
• Be able to work in a team, be able to work effectively and in a timely manner
