• Implement IT strategy and policies in organization
• Troubleshoot VOIP Phone
• Ensure that the IT Infrastructure meets the business requirements
• Set up and maintain hardware and software issues with partners and suppliers.
• Assist Security department with DVR Support and any CCTV management
• Provide support to off-site structures.
• Provide appropriate training to users when necessary.
