IT Administrator (06384)

The candidate will need to ensure the smooth running and maintenance of the IT software and equipment of the company

Responsibilities:

. To use ICT in the performance of duties
. To maintain the server up and running and to ensure proper data safety and storage
. To verify disc usage of shared folders
. To be on constant standby in case of any IT issue as and when required
. To perform and update IT equipment inventory
. To provide assistance upon project as and when required
. To develop new solutions to optimise IT systems
. To develop and maintain the company website to ensure its smooth running
. To maintain CCTV system and verify recording on server for safety reasons
. To constantly develop and update the company profile
. Prepare and follow IT yearly budget
. Overlook and Alert any visual defects with the Brinks Alarm System
. Help with marketing material preparation as and when requested

Profile:

. Degree in IT
. HSC or Higher
. Minimum 3 years experience
. Relevant experience in servers would be an advantage
. Good level of French and English; verbal and written
. Valid driving license would be an advantage
. To provide 24h service to customers as part of the after sales service
. Maintain a logbook of intervention
. Sense of responsibility; team collaboration; commmunication skills; Respect; Punctual; Self dependent; Courteous; Forward Thinking
