The HR Officer assists the Site HR Manager in the planning and execution of all HR functions across the business unit.
Planning
• Plan staff recruitment and participate in the selection process
• Plan and Monitor training as per planning for local employees
Execution
• Prepare reports for HR KPIs
• HR Administration - assist employees in filling application forms (MSWWF), medical claims, etc..
• Carry out and Record appraisal of local employees
• Carry out induction with New Employees
• Participate in meetings with worker representatives and & follow up on issues raised
• Follow implementation of HR Policies within the facility
• Organise counseling sessions with workers as and when required
• Support HR manager on daily activities including workers welfare
Monitoring
• Report and monitor grievances of local employees to
site HR
• Monitor attendance & lateness of employees
• Overview Security activities and Transport arrangements for the site.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of a degree or equivalent in Human Resource, Business and Organisation development
• Experience in Human Resource positions in similar industry would be an advantage.
