Managing Performance Coaching and Developing Staff Developing and Implementing HR Policies and Procedures

 

Roles:

1. Providing HR Advice and and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource      management

2. Good Communication Skills

3. Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and provide assistance

4. Handle all HR activities and functions and report to the MD

5. Maintain and enhance the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and policies program

6. Support other functions as assigned

 

Profile Required:

1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource

2. Previous working experience would be an advantage

3. Effective Communicator
