RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaising with job agencies for expatriate recruitment
  • Processing expatriate-related documents (residence permit, work permit & renewal of passport) with Ministry and related authorities
  • Responsible of dormitories and ensure that same are well maintained and regularly audited.
  • Build a strong business relationship with the expatriates and act as a single point of contact for them and managers. 
  • Prepare reports for the management
  • Give administrative support on all HR projects implementation as well as employees’ events organization.
  • Help in the payroll purpose
  • To perform site visit as and when required
  • Report to the HR Executive 

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

  • Diploma/ Degree in the Human Resources Management in a recognize Institution
  • Holder of a valid Driving License
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft products especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience in the Expatriates Management
  • Fluent in Hindi / Urdu would be an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of Mauritian employment Legislation 
  • Minimum Working experience of 1 Year.
