Future Tech is looking for a highly organized and detail oriented team member to support Human Resources for our rapidly growing organization. The Human Resources Administrator will provide critical support to the HR team in various Human Resource areas including but not limited to: recruitment, onboarding, and payroll. Ultimately, you will gain HR experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving all HR functions.  The ideal candidate will be naturally precise in regards to detail and consistency, have the ability to handle many ongoing tasks and projects, work closely with team members, as well as work at a high level independently.

Duties

·         Assist with the recruitment process - developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, sourcing and screening applicants, scheduling interviews, issuing employment contracts etc.

·         Be the first point of contact for new employees, keeping them updated and informed pre-start date

·         Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.

·         Answer employees queries about HR-related issues

·         Manage the Human Resources inbox, triaging employee requests; handling these autonomously when possible or directing to the appropriate person.

·         Be responsible for the filing and maintaining of all HR Documents; personnel files and other employee information.

·         Updating internal databases e.g. record of sick leaves, annual leaves, deductions, new hires, separations etc.

·         Create and distribute applicable reports, including absence management, exit interview and headcount reports and starter/leaver reports on a weekly/monthly basis

·         Assist with and coordinate the probation process and prepare probation documentation.

·         Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves

·         Performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics.

·         Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

·         Support HR department on daily activities including worker’s welfare

·         Liaise with external partners like insurance partners

·         Assist in the Training and Development of employees e.g.  training enrolment, HRDC refund etc.

·         Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices

·         Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes and legal compliance.

·         Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Line Manager.

Requirements

·         BS in Human Resources or relevant field

·         Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

·         Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills

·         Excellent organizational, administration and time-management skills

·         Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

·         Computer literate and Fully conversant with MS office applications

·         Good knowledge of labour laws

·         Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position

·         Team player who is also able to work well independently

·         Analytical thinker with strong problem solving and attention to details with a ‘can do’ attitude

·         Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices

·         Ability to work under pressure and deliver effective results to tight deadlines while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour

·         Willing to work odd hours
