One of the subsidiary company of Innodis Ltd has challenging work opportunity for the post of Health & Safety Officer on a part time basis.

Health & Safety Officer (Part Time)

Health & Safety Officer will have the opportunity to work in Poulet Arc-en-Ciel Ltée.

Brief Duties and responsibilities:

• Carry out regular inspections on a weekly basis on our sites located in the South East of the island.
• Hold health and Safety Committee meetings as per statutory requirements and ensure full compliance with the provisions of the relevant legislations and/or recommendations made by the authorities.
• Carry out investigations in cases injuries at work and forward findings and to make recommendations as may be required.
• Organise talks and refresher training on issues relating to Health and Safety as and when required.
• Tender advice and/or assist in the implementation of activities which would otherwise enhance and/or increase the awareness of employees regarding the importance occupational health and safety.

Profile

The ideal candidate should:

• Have a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent qualifications
• Experience in the same position will be an advantage
• Have good planning, interpersonal & communication skills
• Computer literate
• Driving Licence

The post will carry a competitive salary package which will be commensurate to related qualifications and experience.
