Head of Operations

Our client, one of the leading companies in the provision of engineering equipment, is currently looking for an experienced Head of Operations.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• To assist in conducting and executing support services such as the reparation, installation and demonstration of related products and equipment within reasonable time and also to ensure quality service.
• To lead a team of Team Leaders and supervise execution of works on sites.
• To attend site meetings. 
• The job incumbent may be required to work on an on call basis after working hours.
• To be responsible for commissioning and handing-over of projects and shall participate in tendering, designing of HVAC or Electrical systems, marking up and vetting of drawings and handling of the administrative part of projects.
• To provide technical support and back-up to the sales, Maintenance and Contracting team.

 Your Profile:

• At least a degree in Electronics or Electrical or Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or  in any related fields
• A minimum of 3 years as Engineer preferably in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration business.
• Good Leadership & Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in team and independently and be self-motivated
• Good Management skills
• Good written and spoken of both English and French
• Good Computer literacy (Microsoft word, excel and outlook)
• Holder of a valid driving licence
