Head Cashier (1735-HC)

Reporting to the finance manager, the Head cashier has the responsibility to lead a team of cashier and ensure that all cash collected daily are processed as per set standards. The ideal candidate must demonstrate high ethical behaviours and must be able to supervise and develop his team.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily cash collection.

Ensure that all entries are properly done on accounting system.

Make daily reporting to the accounting team and investigate in case of discrepancies.

Ensure the supervision of the team of cashiers.

Coach and mentor his team.

Act as a role model to his peers.

Profile

ACCA level 2 or Degree in accounting and finance.

5 years’ experience as cashier.

Strong team supervision skills.

Ready to be based overseas for a period of 2 years minimum.

Adaptable to different cultures.
