- SC or HSC
- NC3 - Butchery from Hotel School
- Atleast 5 years experience in a similar position in a Five Star Luxury Resort
- HACCP
- Supervise the daily tasks of the Butchery team
- Strong Culinary know-how
- Ready to work odd hours / Sundays / Public Holidays
- Pleasant attitude
- Well versed with IT software
