  • SC or HSC
  • NC3 - Butchery from Hotel School
  • Atleast 5 years experience in a similar position in a Five Star Luxury Resort
  • HACCP
  • Supervise the daily tasks of the Butchery team
  • Strong Culinary know-how
  • Ready to work odd hours / Sundays / Public Holidays
  • Pleasant attitude
  • Well versed with IT software
