RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the HR Executive in daily activites:
Recruitment; analyse and recommend need to recruit, prepare and place job advertisement, pre filter and advise potential candidates, conduct psychometric tests and interviews, shortlist and recommend best candidates to HR Exec.
Training: evaluate current workforce skills, analyse and recommend training to employees in need, prepare and conduct training
Performance appraisal: Conduct yearly performance appraisal, appraise new recruits after period of probation, appraise employees during and after training.
Expatriate Management: recruitment and training of expatriates, verification of dormitories
Any other cognate work
EXPERIENCE
MInimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing company
Computer literate
Extensive knowledge in Labour Law and RO is a definite advantage
