Experienced HR manager with strong character, leadership skills and full knowledge of Labor laws (applicable for those with more than 10 years experiences)
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of available human resources.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across SCC organization
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process upon management resources requirement.
• Assess our structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Monitor and follow up the correct running and calculation of the payroll system
• Ensure and monitor compliance on Health & Safety issues within the company and all its sites.
• Preparation of employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs, through the implementation of a proper induction training and brainstorming sessions.
• Manage and follow up of all conducting investigations and hearings
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Monitor and implement a proper historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system through our biometric system, with any necessary improvement and recommendation
• Overview and be responsible for the management of all expatriate workers, with proper follow up on all local laws and regulations, and all cognitive duties related to these workers.
• Monitor all expatriate dormitories welfare with appropriate procedures and systems, for the smooth state of these dormitories under a disciplinary environment.
• Maintain a quality relationship and close communication with the Ministry of Labour
