Leal Group is looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to fill in the vacant position of HR Coordinator.
DESCRIPTION
The successful incumbent will be dedicated to the needs of an assigned portfolio of internal clients in terms of HR support and guidance while participating in the development and implementation of enhanced people management practices in line with the Business objectives.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Build a strong business relationship with the internal clients and act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business units under his/her purview
• Develop an action plan based on Talent demand and supply analysis in line with business needs & priorities and be fully accountable for the talent Acquisition process, on-boarding and off-boarding process in the Business Units under his/her purview
• Advise BU Managers on matters pertaining to employment terms and conditions, Labour & Industrial Relations Legislation, and assist Managers/supervisors in handling grievances and the application of disciplinary measures
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognized institution
• Any higher relevant qualification will be a definite advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in a group of Companies operating in different fields of activities, out of which a solid exposure to the Recruitment & Selection process
• Sound knowledge of Mauritian employment Legislation

• Fully Computer literate (MS package)
• Knowledge of an HR software (Sicorax will be a definite advantage)
