Support in daily operations of HR Department
Main Responsibilities:
-Assist HR Manager in day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
-Payroll data preparation and calculation
-Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
-Daily administrative operations
-Assist in Recruitment process: schedule interview, join in, onboarding and resignation
Requirement:
-Minimum High School Certificate
-Have good communication skills, fluent in English and French
-Good in Microsoft office including word and excel
-Be able to work accurately with good attention to details
-Quick learner and proactive
-Excellent organizational skills
