• Oversee the implementation of room standards and procedures. • Assist the Assistant HSK Manager in his daily tasks • Perform quality inspections • Lead a team of 7-8 employees
Prioritize VIP or difficult guests.
Liaise with Housekeeping Coordinator for guest and hotel requirements.
Co-ordinate special projects (e.g. stock inventories)
Manage all special requests made by guests.
Ensure consistency within the department.
Ensure you have complete knowledge of hotel departments, service areas, layouts and facilities and the location of these.
Supervise linen/guest supplies/chemical storage areas.
Maintain adequate stock levels.
Attends to VIP guest services and demands.
Conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
Report any maintenance request immediately to Housekeeping Coordinator and follow up for any delay to Chief Engineer.
Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the immediate Superior / Head of Department from time to time.
