Participate in the development, implementation and achievement of the annual business and market plan objectives to achieve individual sales goals.

 

Responsibilities

• As Group & Incentives/Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing existing Corporate and Incentive Group accounts and generating new business in order to maximize group revenue, profits and market share
• Oversea revenue generating, goal setting and all activities related to the Corporate and Incentive Group Segments

• Participate in the development, implementation and achievement of the annual business and market plan objectives to achieve individual sales goals

• Direct report including day to day management of action plans, annual reviews & quarterly action step development

• Responsible for meeting and exceeding Corporate and Incentive Group revenue

•Create and establish sales action plans

• Establish monthly sales forecast

• Understand and actively utilize company marketing initiative/incentives to close on business

Assist in implementing special promotions relating to direct sales segments

• Lead the sales process via outside sales calls, prospecting, hotels tours and hosting of clients to solicit new and repeat business

 Experience:

• 3 - 5 years in a similar position;

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry.

 Skills required:

• High levels of integrity;

• Leadership skills;

• A proven sales record;

• Presentation skills;

• Valid driving license is a must;

• A clean certificate of character is a must.
