Mission

We are seeking an expert in Graphics and Digital Design to help shape the visual elements of our brand communications, and to enrich and expand our digital marketing, brand communications and content. EcoVadis is building on a solid customer base of over 150 industry-leading enterprise clients such as Heineken, Nestlé, L’Oreal, Verizon, Johnson & Johnson, Nokia, GlaxoSmithKline.

Core Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of our visual identity, graphic charter and design execution across our key touchpoints including website, email, web/social media and advertising, content, presentations, brochures, user guides, and related documentation.
  • Enhance web content and digital campaigns with professional, on-brand design and visual elements.
  • Create or improve the layouts of our web pages, promotional materials and content with a focus on Call-to-Action and Conversion. Also includes formats such as Powerpoint presentations, brochures, infographics, blog posts, white papers, case studies and research reports, product user manuals, etc.

  • Collaborate with other teams (content originates in Marketing, as well as from other departments including enterprise sales, account management, research, and our supplier onboarding teams).

  • Implementing designs (e.g HTML, CSS and other capabilities strongly desired) in web pages on Wordpress, Pardot landing pages, and HTML emails, etc.

  • Maintain the library of visual elements and their source files, and keep them up to date.
  • Take active part in project development and how visual fit in the formulation of campaigns.

Qualifications and Experiences

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in design, digital art, or a related field, or comparable experience.
  • At least three years total professional experience a minimum of two years of experience actively involved in creating business-oriented digital/web communications.
  • You should be a ‘digital native’ with direct experience designing and deploying elements such as web landing pages, email, documents, and various digital media, with a strong focus on design for conversion.
  • Able to build and implement designs using standard web technologies (HTML, CSS), and Experience with Web CMS systems (e.g. Wordpress), Email/Automated marketing (e.g. Pardot or Mailchimp), and various social media (especially LinkedIn) and advertising systems.
  • Creative, with the ability to conceive and execute visual themes and imagery that help tell a story.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • International exposure.
  • Fluent in English, additional language(s) strongly desired.
  • Organized and adept at juggling multiple assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Independent problem solver who works well in pressure situations and has the flexibility to adapt to demands.
  • Able to express ideas clearly.
  • Demonstrates cooperation and team work.

Techinical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of graphic and web design principles, and especially design and color.
  • Solid skills with creative software for vector, raster, page layout and ideally video (e.g. Adobe Creative suite, or equivalent).
  • Proficient with Microsoft office tools, especially, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effective management and organizational skills.
