Golf Administrative Coordinator

The Golf Admin Coordinator will assist in golf event sales and operations that are required to uphold one of the top resorts golf courses on the island and also coordinate all aspects of golf events to ensure Four Seasons creates a memorable experience for its guests.

 

  • 3 years’ experience in similar position.
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English & French languages
  • Knowledge in the Golf field would be an advantage
  • Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with both external and internal guests; lives the Golden Rule.
  • Be informed as with regards both daily Golf activities and Golf events promotions.
  • Assist in any project assigned by the Golf Sales Manager or the Director of Golf.
  • Perform responsibilities with strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and workload; meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality.
  • Sound judgment and decision making skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to successfully complete delegated projects of some complexity with minimal supervision.
