JOB SPECIFICATIONS •Work within the Product Development Department •Manage sealing process of production samples •Ensure fitting sessions and provide comments •Manage size standards for all product mix categories for different brands •Launch and approve graded specs charts, monitoring correct and consistent grade rules across vendors •Communicate to internal & external customers •Carry out feasibility test for fabric, accessories etc. •Knowledge of garment construction •A proven tract of setting and achieving quality standards, appropriate to a high end/luxury brand across a variety of product categories.
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES Bachelor degree in Textile & Fashion Design or equivalent 3-5 years’ experience in similar position Effective communication skills. (Written & Spoken) Ability to work in Team Knowledge of Pattern Making (Lectra or Gerber) Familiar with Corel Draw & Photoshop
