GL Supervisor (Accounts Supervisor)

Overall Job Purpose

• Actively support the reduction of high risk balance sheet accounts
• Responsible for  financial accounting, month end close and reporting activities for several Sub-Saharan countries
• Lead a small team of accounting coordinators

Requirements

• 3- 5 years of practical accounting experience in general ledger
• Ability to supervise an accounting team
• Ability to process high volume of transactions
• MS Excel – intermediate level or higher
• Able to work at least 2 Saturdays per month (1/2 days) and put in overtime when required
• Must be analytical/problem solver
• Self-motivated and ambitious to move up within the organization
• Candidates should live in the vicinity of our offices (Phoenix)
