Front Office Supervisor (1) / Butler (1)

The St. Regis Mauritius Resort is looking for a dynamic Front Office Supervisor & a well experienced Butler.

• HSC or equivalent
• NC2 - Front Office from Hotel School for Front Office Supervisor position
• Atleast 3 years experience in a similar position in a Luxury Resort
• Responsible for Front Office operations in the absence of the FOM / AFOM
• Supervise the tasks of the Receptionists
• Handle guests' queries & complaints
• Well versed with Opera systems
• For Butler position; NC3 - Villa Services with atleast 3 years sound experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry. 
• Pleasant & outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ready to work odd hours / Sundays / Public Holidays & others
