French Application Engineer should be expert in Telecom concepts VOIP and PBX with very good French and English communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
(1) Should be skilled in Telecom- PBX, VOIP and Windows Server
(2) LDAP, Active Directory knowledge is also mandatory
(3) Need to have 4-5 year’s experience in technical support environment , handling international clients/customers on above skills.
(4) Should be familiar in updating activities in CRM tool.
(5) Should be willing to work in shifts.
