We need call center agents with great English who are available for an immediate start and are as passionate about football as our customers are and also understand the excitement and pleasure that many people get from betting on football games.
- This is an excellent opportunity to join us for a fun outbound campaign calling football fans in the UK and a great way to earn extra cash after the New Year.
- If you care about customer service and are happy to talk over the phoneto our customers, then we want to hear from you.
- You will normally work Tuesdays to Saturdays up to 5 hours a day, mostly evenings. So, this is ideal for those looking for a great way to earn extra money(exact shif times to be confirmed but below is an example) :
Days of work : Tuesday to Saturday
Shifts : 19:30 to 23:30(Tuesday to Friday)
13:00 to 17:00 (Saturday only)
- Candidates should have:
- An understandng of betting;
- Great knowledge about the English Premier League & Champions League Football;
- A desire to succeed;
- Good at building rapport over the phone;
- Great sopken English;
- Ideally with experience in call centres
