• Updating all events orders and be super reactive person. • Vipertex / Payroll. (Local/ absentees/overtime/sick) Daily updated. • Have a Good background of Food and Beverage (field wise). • Be a 100% computer literate. • Very good knowledge of English/French(spoken/written)

 

 Working on pre-determined strategies to optimize sales of all venues • Attending queries through telephone/emails/meetings • Meeting with expectation to exceed pre-determined and approved monthly Food & Beverage sale in the hotels.

 

  • Working on pre-determined strategies to optimize sales of all venues

  • Responding/attending queries through telephone/emails/meetings.

  • Meeting with expectation to exceed pre-determined and approved monthly budgeted figures for Food & Beverage sale in the DBO.

  • Finalizing booking arrangements & requirements with clients while maximizing revenue

  • Directing clients as to the best alternatives based on clients’ requests

  • Coordinating with operations team on a timely basis/Conference Room.

  • Maintaining client database and ensuring that it is continually updated

  • Issuing Revenue reports on a weekly and monthly basis

  • Understanding and analyzing market trends

     

  • Bachelor of Hotel Management or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing or equivalent.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications.

  • Knowledge of Property Management’s System, Opera Sales and Catering will be an advantage/

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as Sales Coordinator or Banquet Coordinator in a hotel environment.

  • Outgoing and pleasant personality with a positive service attitude.

  • Customer care-oriented and sales driven.

  • Flexible upon working hours/weekends

  • Maintain a constant daily and forthcoming update of Events orders

  • Cascade daily Events orders to all DBO HOD and Assistants

  • Vipertex  Daily update/ Input Roster (absentees/sick/lateness/local)

  • Printing of menus for wedding, candle light, tags for daily events

  • Follow-up of mails

  • FNB daily briefing

  • Restaurant bookings cross check/events wise or mail wise

  • Maintain constant communication with Chief Executive

  • Updates: Log/communication/reservation/Materials management

  • Filling of guest comments daily

  • Printing of guest comment outlet wise daily

  • Printing of Timomo menus

  • Daily Outlets check  / Menus verification + minutes(Walking around)

  • Daily updating  of FNB program Awali and DBO
