Food & Beverage Manager

Responsible for all the food and beverage operations, which includes restaurant, beverage and room service operations. Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct the administration and planning of the Food and Beverage department to meet the needs of the operation.
• Develop restaurant concept product and service standards in view to maximize revenue.
• Participate actively and provide inputs in respect of Food and Beverage marketing activities and / or initiatives.
• Improve menu offering to exceed customers' expectations continuously.
• Conduct trends analysis of Food and Beverage prices in a timely manner.
• Manage and control food and Beverage costs as per approved budget.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all food and beverage service areas are maintained.
• Assist the Food and Beverage team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. managers day to day opeartions, ensuring teh quality, standards and meeting the expectations of teh customers on a daily basis
• Perform any other job related duties.

Requirements:

• Hold at least a diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent relevant qualifications.
• Have a minimum 5 years of experience in similar job role.
• Have a strong customer focus
• Excellent knowledge of product trends and current awareness of industry standards.
• Have a strong customer service focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
