Assist in the smooth running of the shift
Supervise tray set up process
Loading and offloading of flights
Ensure that food and airline equipment is checked and loaded as per requirement.
Control Food temperature and airline equipment
EXPERIENCE
Experience in a flight catering facility in a similar position
Ability to work independently handling shifts at restaurant/fast food outlet may also be considered.
Candidates with exposure to HACCP systems will be a plus

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum School certificate
Diploma in Hotel/Catering Management
Experience in Flight Catering/Food Processing industry
