The Administrator is to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the Greenkeeping departments and to support the work of the staff ensuring good communications and facilitating the fulfillment of supplies, staffing levels and record keeping.
The Guest Service Assistant is responsible for a smooth check-in, provides efficient and friendly service throughout the guests’ stay and ensuring a high standard of customer service and welcomes guest or any visitor who comes at hotel in an elegant way and directs them properly.
The Sommelier is responsible to supervise the day-to-day operation of the hotel’s wine stock. He maintains quality standards in conformity to Constance corporate identity. He also produces all wine orders as well as a monthly wine sales analysis.
The Housekeeping attendant i/c rooms is responsible to keep best service and keep guest rooms and adjacent areas in a clean and well maintained condition as well as ensuring that the minibar is correctly furnished as per resort standard.
Monitor all incoming goods against delivery invoices to ensure that the type, amount, price and quality of items charged and ordered are correct and maintain safe and organized storage of all items.
To manages sales activities of the Resort and to ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
Experience and Qualification - Proven 2-3 years working experience in the accounting field - Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures - Strong attention to details and confidentiality - Computer literate - ACCA partly qualified
