Laguna Clothing Mauritius, part of Aquarelle Group, operates under CIEL Textiles and specialises in the manufacturing of Formal Shirts & Non-Iron shirts for renowned international customers. We are looking for a Factory Manager in our Mauritius unit.

PROFILE

•Degree holder in Management will be a plus but not a prerequisite

•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in a woven formal shirts manufacturing facility will be a plus

•Sound technical knowledge in garment make-up / construction and fabrics

•Knowledge of product quality standard / compliance norms for international high end brands

•Strong leadership and communication skills

•Results oriented
