Supervise the Mise-en-place to ensure the readiness of the restaurant to welcome and serve the guests.

 

Duties and Responsibilties 

  • Under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager, be responsible for the daily organisation and planning.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily food and beverage operations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygienic norms before each service.
  • Supervise the Mise-en-place to ensure the readiness of the restaurant to welcome and serve the guests.
  • Supervise the service to maintain the quality standard according to the norms established by the hotel.
  • Assign duties to Supervisors, Chef de Rang, Barmen, waiters.
Candidate Profile
  • School Certificate
  • Holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management would be an advantage.
  • Have at least 3 years of revelant experience.
  • Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing.
  • Possess good organisational and planning skills.
  • Be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
