-Welcome each guest arriving in the restaurants and assist them to the table of choice and introduce them to the Chef de Rang
-This includes reservation, special requests or vital information pertaining to guests or the operation
-Manage all reservations for all F&B Outlets
-Follow up of each guest during their dining experience offering services or seeking opportunities to exceed expectations
-Prepare shift reports required by F&B Manager
-Any other cognate duties
