Executive - Production

This position is responsible for delivering planned throughouts in adherence to QHSE requirements with optimum resource utilization within the shift.

Reporting to :

            Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Delivering SKU & shift wise production plan,
• Adhering to process and end-product quality parameters,
• Maintaining overall equipment efficiency,
• Maximizing the up-time of plant & machinery, especially by minimizing changeover time and adequate line balancing,
• Ensuring adherence to GMP, Safety, Quality and Hygiene standards,
• Shift scheduling and manpower allocation as per plan requirements,
• Optimum usage of Utilities,
• Coordination with maintenance department to minimize machine downtime,
• Coordination with quality department to increase quality product rate by monitoring the process condition,
• Being a part of and contributing to all project and facilities enhancement programs,
