MAIN ACTIVITIES
AXA Customer Services Ltd is looking for an english trainer with experience.
You will ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events and special projects. You will manage, design, develop, coordinate and conduct large or small scale training programs.
EXPERIENCE
•Prepare, organise and deliver training for each team based on requirements
• Provide feedback on training performance to trainees and determine areas of
concern
• Report performance (training and staff) to superiors and team leaders
• Assist the training lead to create new courses and evaluate existing ones
• Adapt training to ensure training is well received by trainees
• Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods (simulation, on-the
job, coaching...)
• Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
• Maintain training records for all staff
• Create individual development plans for staff based on audit results
• Conduct assessments (exercises, phone calls...)
• Create Training modules when needed

• In depth knowledge of ATI processes will be an advantage
