Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, one of the leading groups in Mauritius, is looking for an ERP Administrator (2 years contract based in Kenya).

 

Our client, one of the leading groups in Mauritius, is looking for an ERP Administrator (2 years contract based in Kenya).

Reporting to the Agriculture Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Main responsibilities:

  • To maintain the Grower Database Masterfile (Registry of farmers).
  • Identify and coordinate on-going modifications required on the Enterprise Resource Planning-ERP.
  • Responsible for data entry from the Field Masterfile onto the ERP.
  • Draw up the requisite Standard Operating Procedures-SOP to ensure integrity of the Field Masterfile data.
  • Ensure agronomic data integration on ERP.
  • Ensure effective roll out, implementation, support and management of several regional survey teams.
  • Coordinate and maintain the integration of the GIS module with the ERP.
  • Draw up the requisite SOP’s to ensure the integrity of the GIS data.
  • Ensure that reports and thematic maps needed as support to the Agriculture department are made available.
  • Identify training needs and conduct training.
  • Responsible for the health and safety of the section, ensuring implementation and adherence to the Company’s safety procedures.

Qualification:

  • Diploma in Information system from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience
  • Agricultural knowledge will be an advantage

Candidate profile:

  • Knowledge of GIS will be desirable
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Operationally astute and proactive attitude
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality
