JOB SUMMARY The E-Commerce Coordinator assists the Revenue Manager in the development of a consistent e-commerce strategy by consolidating and maintaining up permanently the rates and availability, conducting online and generating daily/weekly reports.

 The E-Commerce Coordinator assists the Revenue Manager in the development of a consistent e-commerce strategy by consolidating and maintaining up permanently the rates and availability, conducting online and generating daily/weekly reports.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not be limited to the following areas and activities. At management discretion, direction may be given for task out side the scope of work described.

  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Revenue Manager to optimize the revenue of Constance Hotels properties and ensure that they are in line with the market.
  • Collect, integrate and study online market and competition data on a daily basis.
  • Assist the Revenue Manager in the development of a consistent e-commerce strategy for each one of the properties, consolidating the rate and availability parity across channels.
  • Maintain up to date availability, rates and promotions in the group's CRS (Trust)
  • Act as the main contact person within the group for CRS related issues, being able to communicate effectively with both CRO and the properties.
  • Maintain up to date availability, rates and promotions in the partners different extranet.
  • Assist the Revenue Manager in the elaboration of the different reports.
  • Run on a monthly basis a comprehensive report on the overall online production.
  • Interact with the different involved departments (CRO, Marketing, E Business), to make sure that all online efforts are consistent with the group's strategy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field of study 
  • 1-3 years experience in the E-Commerce or Administration
  • Excellent communication, and organizational skills
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse and cross functional teams.
  • Motivated self-starter, able to work independently and willing to learn.
  • Strong computer literacy and technical competence, proficient knowledge in MS Word and Excel
  • “Can do” attitude and superior “people” skills.
  • Extraordinary time management skills
  • Detail oriented
