To monitor the delivery of furniture and parts to various sites as per schedule of work, within set deadlines and cutting list requirements.
Main Duties
- To ensure that items being delivered are complete (All units of cutting list delivered)
- Special tracking and follow-up of undelivered/missing items
- Preparation of delivery note/packing list
- To ensure that all documents (cutting list / plan) are present during deliveries
- Communicate deliveries to Planning Coordinator
- Plan deliveries for following days
- Take all queries from site concerning missing / lost items to check whether same have been delivered (by checking documents)
- Update tracking / planning reports
Qualifications & Experience
- HSC/ Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Prior experience in a manufacturing sector would be an advantage
- Computer literate and fully conversant with Microsoft Excel
