Role

You mission will be to assist the Customer success Manager in increasing LBC’s brand awareness towards clients and partners. With you LBC has to rhyme with Reliability and Quality.

You will be trained to use our platform and get familiar with our portfolio of services and then will have in charge: 

-  Maintain and develop existing customer portfolio by being their day to day point of contact

-  Be responsible for ensuring day-to-day customer’s life: RFPs management, renewal of expiring contracts, negotiations …

-  Drive change management through training and coaching users throughout the project and after deployment of our Saas solution

-  Work together with Business Developer in charge of your customer portfolio

-  Train your customer staff and their selected partners in the use of our services and platform by organizing webinars, one-to-one training session, day-to-day support and any other good idea!

-  Contribute in the improvement of our technical platform and services

 

Profile

Graduate (Bachelor or Master) from a high ranked university, you wish to evolve in a start-up environment. With a previous significant experience in project management, better if purchasing oriented, you have very good communication skills, customer service oriented, you are fast learner and a business enthusiast.

You are looking for a team adventure, full of responsibilities & autonomy and possess a strategic mindset.  

You are fluent in French and English, both oral and written, and ideally speaks another language.
