To promote sales and effect encashment, while projecting a professional image through customer interface and phone interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve targets for sales of airtime, connections and hardware, including consignment phones.
- Attend to customers and ensure that they are provided with correct and up to date information on products and services.
- Monitor availability of updated brochures and handouts for customers.
- Ensure that the filing of customers’ documents is done systematically.
- Ensure Showroom and workplace is clean and neat.
Qualifications and Relevent Experience
- Minimum HSC.
- Experience in customer service / direct selling will be preferred
