Responsibilites:

• To be the point of contact for all customer related issues
• To interact with all internal and external stakeholders to provide prompt solutions to customers’ complaints
• To act as an ambassador of the company and promote our values in the different interactions with customers

Profile :

• HSC with 2 years experience in Customer Service.
• IT literate.
• English both written and spoken.
• Excellent listening and caring skills.
