Summary of primary responsibilities
- Initiate, nurture and develop long term customer relationships
- Encourage repeat purchase through premium service delivery
- Ensure profitability of all transactions through accurate pricing service of all products
- Adhere to defined security measures and maintain vigilance at all times
- Ensure strict adherence to all local laws, BOM, FIAMLA guidelines & regulations
- Ensure adherence to laid down directives by the Company
- Upholding our mission statement “Exceptional Service from Exceptional People”
- Ensure accurate cashiering and quality service to all customers
- Ensure all the registers and files are updated on a regular basis
- Compliance with all processes defined in the internal controls manual and all other guidelines, policies, procedures and keep updated with all such working and operating materials
- Fulfilling such cognate duties and other assignments as may be requested by Management

- Holder of School Certificate
