We are looking for a Customer Relation Manager to join ENL Property team.
Main responsabilities:
• Ensure that the quality of service provided from presale to post sale is at the highest level with a view to build a loyal clientele and promote company’s image.
- Ensure regular contact with buyers to update them on the status of their villas, provide daily support to address client requests and inquiries ;
- Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues promptly and accurately;
- Ensure the correct options, cases, observations, photographs, accounts and progress statuses are captured on the CRM system by customer relation team and agents;
- Liaise with operations department as and when required.
• Coordinate day to day operations of the Customer Relation department and provide administrative support to other departments as designated by Management.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
• Diploma in related field.
• A working experience of 5 years in general business would be an advantage.
• Multi task skills with ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills, analytical skills and details oriented.
• Pleasant and extrovert personality coupled with interpersonal and communications skills.
• Proactive, Dynamic, Focused and Result oriented.
• Ability to handle conflicts with emotional intelligence.
• Fluent in English and French (both spoken and written).
• Computer literate.
