JOB PURPOSE
The job incumbent’s role will be to efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• To be the point of contact for all customer related issues
• To keep track, investigate and resolve all customer related complaints within the given timeframe
• To interact with all internal and external stakeholders to provide prompt solutions to customers’ complaints
• To keep an up to date complaints register and submit regular reports on same
• To act as an ambassador of the company and promote our values in the different interactions with customers
PROFILE
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferably in a customer service environment
• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully and professionally at all times
• Ability to analyse and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions and resolutions required
• Highly customer focused and must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of working within a busy, fast paced and demanding environment with the ability to work accurately and within strict timescale
• Solutions driven
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
