Products & Quality Assurance duties
Implementation of departmental procedures with all Heads of Department
- Constant monitoring and update of procedures where necessary
- Assist the Head of Operations to prepare manuals and other materials describing procedures and standards for implementation
- Responsible for the supervision of quality standards within all departments
- Make quality checks on the field to ensure that the standards and procedures set by the company are followed
- Provide rates sheets, facts sheets of suppliers to all concerned departments
- Monitoring online Guest Satisfaction Survey and produce reports to all concerned
- Monitoring of the profit margin of suppliers in accordance with Accounts Department
