To assist in the Customer Care section

 

  1. Deliver handheld device to salesman, after verifying: battery, paper roll, data, and physical status of device; in case of any change in route planning, data for the handheld device must be updated
  2. Requisition of handheld device from salesman
  3. Check physical status of device
  4. Download of data for remittance (if no network coverage)
  5. Upload data to handheld device after remittance and first loading done by accounts
  6. Carry out setup of device for new salesman and in cases of changes in routing system
  7. Keep track of devices; liaise with supplier for repairs when needed
  8. Assist accounts in raising remittance as and when requested by your reporting line
  9. Take and process orders and special deliveries by phone, fax, e-mail or otherwise from Customer Representatives and Customers
  10. Liaise with Warehouse and Production departments for loading and availability of products
  11. Distribute Special Delivery forms to Salesmen
  12. Receive complaints and messages from customers and consumers
  13. Seek approval from Management regarding discounts for special events and despatch to accounts departments
  14. Prepare and distribute posters, stickers and other items during promotions
  15. Communicate with Customer Representatives and Channel Coordinators on route
