To assist in the Customer Care section
- Deliver handheld device to salesman, after verifying: battery, paper roll, data, and physical status of device; in case of any change in route planning, data for the handheld device must be updated
- Requisition of handheld device from salesman
- Check physical status of device
- Download of data for remittance (if no network coverage)
- Upload data to handheld device after remittance and first loading done by accounts
- Carry out setup of device for new salesman and in cases of changes in routing system
- Keep track of devices; liaise with supplier for repairs when needed
- Assist accounts in raising remittance as and when requested by your reporting line
- Take and process orders and special deliveries by phone, fax, e-mail or otherwise from Customer Representatives and Customers
- Liaise with Warehouse and Production departments for loading and availability of products
- Distribute Special Delivery forms to Salesmen
- Receive complaints and messages from customers and consumers
- Seek approval from Management regarding discounts for special events and despatch to accounts departments
- Prepare and distribute posters, stickers and other items during promotions
- Communicate with Customer Representatives and Channel Coordinators on route
