Corporate Social Responsibility Officer (CSRO) (06366)

The CSRO will assist in the development and implementation of the company social responsibility objectives that enhance local and international reputation. The incumbent will be responsible for environmental as well as sustainability and CSR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

. Work with the Corporate Sustainability Manager to develop a corporate strategy that considers local environmental and social issues
. Ensure internal practices, processes, products, procedures are ethical, sustainable and environmentally friendly
. Assist in the selection of projects and initiatives that are compliant to NCSR guidelines, aligned to company values and areas of intervention
. Conduct research, develop policies, create plans and implement a range of activities and initiatives, which are designed to have a positive impact on local communities
. Monitor and provide regular reports to senior management in relation to the annual CSR budget

Profile:

. Degree in Marketing/Communication/Sociology or related field
. Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
. Strong understanding of CSR Guidelines, compliance, corporate ethics and sustainability
. Excellent communication skills in both English and French
. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and project management skills
. Valid driving licence
