Corporate Finance Analyst

The Corporate Finance Analyst will be in charge of, or assist the Managing Director, in the various tasks required in terms of listing sponsor services on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (the “SEM”).

The Corporate Finance Analyst (the “Analyst”) shall report to the Managing Director (“MD”) of SAFYR CAPITAL PARTNERS LTD (the “Company”).

The Analyst shall have the following duties and responsibilities:

1. The Analyst will be in charge of, or assist the MD, in the various tasks required in terms of listing sponsor services on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (the “SEM”), including but not limited to:
   1. Elaboration of Listing Pack and listing documents;
   2. Drafting of Listing Particulars and other agreements;
   3. Liaising with the SEM and other Regulatory Authorities;
   4. Liaising and coordinating with IFAs and other relevant parties;
   5. Monitoring compliance with ongoing listing obligations and disclosures as per the Listing Rules 2015;
   6. Ensuring compliance with any other relevant legislation in regards to listed companies on the SEM;
2. Assist in any special projects as may be delegated from time to time; and
3. Assist in any other initiatives as may be delegated from time to time.

Qualification, Skills and experience

• LLB or LLM, ACCA or ICSA;
• At least 3 years of working experience in the financial or banking sector;
• Good legal drafting skills;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task;
• Avid learner with good IT skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; and
• Have a good knowledge of the regulations pertaining to financial services including but not limited to: the Companies Act, Listing Rules, Finance Act, Securities Act.
