Responsible to provide support to Contracts Function within the Company, including contracts drafting, storing, recording and circulation of contracts related information in accordance with MPH Contracts Processes.
Job description (Responsibilities & Accountabilities)
- Prepares, Issues and Reviews Consultant, Client and Subcontractors Contracts.
- Forwards original copies of the Consultant / Client / Subcontractors Contract to the Consultant / Client / Subcontractors for signature, and ensures that a duly signed copy is returned to MPH.
- Monitors the expiry dates of Consultant / Client / Subcontractor contracts and notifies the respective departments within the Company.
- Follows up with Consultant / Client / Subcontractors for signing of the Contracts.
- Issues demobilization notice to Consultant, as and when required.
- Forwards Consultant / Client / Subcontractors Contracts to Authorized Signatories for signature.
- Ensures that Contract details are provided to Finance Department through email on time.
- Updates Check List and Currently Contracted Personnel table.
- Prepares Consultant’s Experience and Remuneration Certificate.
- Prepares and reviews notices under Consultant contracts.
- Maintains all records / files related to Consultant / Client / Subcontractors Contracts as appropriate.
- Monitors incoming / outgoing correspondence related to contracts.
- Generates required regular reports or upon request from time to time.
- Monitors and update KPI Tracking sheet as applicable
Employee Profile [Educational Qualification, Skills & Experience]:
- Bachelor's degree/ licence Bac+3
- Ability to work as per superior’s instructions / guidelines.
- Good in IT skills like MS word, and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in English and French Language
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in similar roles.
