WHO WE ARE?

Servecalls is a provider of Contact Centre Solutions, positioned in Mauritius and now based at Industrial Zone, Plaine Lauzun, Port-Louis since 2016(we were based at Pointes Aux Sables since 2010). We are currently recruiting for the post of Contact Centre Specialist and have several vacancies.

What Do We Need?

The Job: We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problem that our client’s customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Applicants should be positive, motivated, have great communication skills and enjoy working in a fast paced team environment.

Position: Full Time

Experience: Ideally a minimum of 1 year call centre experience on the job but your positive attitude and passion for quality customer care will count for more

Please see below shift that we are recruiting for:

Hours: (7:30 am to 16:00 pm), (3:30 pm to 12:00 am) and (23:30 pm to 8:00 am) from Monday to Sunday

It will be 5 working days with 2 days off on a roster basis

Preferred Location:  Plaine Wilhems and Port-Louis areas
