Core Responsibilities
Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
Communicate clear instructions to team members and listen to their feedback
Report and maintain records of work accomplishments as well as administrative information of team members
Carry out performance appraisals with team members
Coach, facilitate, solve work-related problems of team members
Observe and relay training needs to your manager
Participate in the recruitment process, lead recruitment interview, and assist manager in the selection of new members
