Core Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of day-to-day operations

• Communicate clear instructions to team members and listen to their feedback

• Report and maintain records of work accomplishments as well as administrative information of team members

• Carry out performance appraisals with team members

• Coach, facilitate, solve work-related problems of team members

• Observe and relay training needs to your manager

• Participate in the recruitment process, lead recruitment interview, and assist manager in the selection of new members

• Help keep the team focused and on track
